The primary objective of this Action Plan is to enhance and improve the quality of rendering education, science, and cultural services of ICESCO in the region. This Action Plan comprised 63 programs and activities in education, science and technology, research, and culture. These programs and activities will be implemented with the cooperation of ICESCO, Institute for Research and Studies of Education (IRI), Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education and Institute for Science Citation and Observatory of Science and Technology (ISC). These programs and activities will be implemented through workshops, virtual seminars, and conferences .In addition, developing the related books and conducting studies and researches are among the activities. It is expected that the implementation of this programs increase the level of effectiveness of education science and culture in Member States of ICESCO in the region.
