The closing ceremony of the 12th Farabi International Award (FIA) on the ‘Humanities and Islamic Studies’ was held on July 18th , 2021 with the participation of ICESCO and some other National and International Organizations and Institutions .
This ceremony began with a message of Dr. Hasan Rouhani, the Honorable President of the Islamic Republic of Iran with presence of some other High Ranking Authorities from Islamic Republic of Iran and some scholars from all over the world.
Among the works evaluated by scientific groups, 15 scientific committees introduced 19 works as selected or commendable in the Domestic section , also 7 prominent scholars in the field of Iranian Studies and Islamic Studies in the Foreign Section and 11 figures in the other sections were honored in the presence of Dr. Sorena Sattari, Honorable Vice President for Science and Technology and the President of the National Elite Foundation; Dr. Mansour Gholami, Honorable Minister of Science, Research and Technology; and Dr. Gholam Ali Haddad-Adel, Honorable president of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature.
